We are in Upper Brittany and by tradition, we offer buckwheat galettes (savory) and wheat crepes (sweet), as the name varies depending on the region of Brittany you are in. We make our galettes and crepes on the traditional BILLIG, a pure Breton product, in front of our guests. Maybe you will have the chance to try it if you feel like it. Our toppings are homemade.
