1) « Guest Rooms » 1. Duration of stay: The rental is concluded for a fixed period, under no circumstances can the tenant claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay, except with the written agreement of the owner. 2. Reservation: Reservations can be made directly on the website levallondelehon.com or via Booking. The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has completed the registration on levallondelehon.com or Booking and received a confirmation email. The rate indicated on the site includes the night, breakfast is included. 3. Practical information: Bed linen and towels are provided. For everyone's comfort, the rooms and the entire house are non-smoking. Our pets are not allowed. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the client, and if the client does not find an immediate solution acceptable to the owner, the latter reserves the right to refuse the client and their pet, without the client being able to claim any reimbursement. 4. Departure and Arrival: Departures are no later than 10 am. Arrivals are from 5 pm to 8 pm. For arrivals outside these hours, the client must consult the owner. 5. Cancellation: Cancellation by the Client: Any cancellation must be confirmed by email or phone. If the cancellation occurs up to 2 days before the start of the stay, deposits remain with the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 days before the start of the stay, deposits remain with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the accommodation price. If the client does not show up on the date and time of arrival specified in the contract and has not informed the owner, the owner can dispose of their guest rooms from the next day. In the event of a shortened stay, whatever the reasons, the stay is fully due, and no refund can be claimed. Only unused additional services will not be due. Cancellation by the owner: The owner refunds the tenant the full amount paid. 6. Tourist tax: The tourist tax is borne by the client. It is set at January 1, 2024, at €0.75 per adult per day. 7. Payment: The balance of the rental is paid upon arrival. Payments are made by bank transfer, credit card, bank checks, or cash. In some cases, including non-payment or other issues, the owner reserves the right to suspend reservations until the issue is resolved. Consumptions and additional services are to be paid at the end of the stay to the owner. 8. Relaxation area: Spa: The annex facilities (Spa) are strictly reserved for guests and under their full responsibility. Access is only permitted by reservation. The duration of a session is 1 hour, at the price indicated in the "Formulas" section. The client is required to comply with hygiene measures. 9. Electric bike rental: Rental is only available to guesthouse customers, subject to availability. A deposit of €500 per bike will be requested. 10. Gift Voucher: The conditions of the gift voucher are defined with the client offering the stay, before payment. In all cases, the stay offered in a gift voucher must take place within 12 months from its issue date. Once the date is agreed with the beneficiary client following written confirmation, it cannot be modified (except with the owner's agreement). The payment equivalent to the gift voucher cannot be refunded or be the subject of a credit. The client remains liable for any other service not included in the gift voucher. 11. Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They undertake to return the rooms in good condition and not to smoke in them or in the common areas. 12. Capacity: The rental is established for a specific number of people. In case of excess, the owner is entitled to refuse additional clients. 13. Responsibility: Any damage caused by the client to equipment, objects, etc., belonging to the establishment will be charged additionally. The client acknowledges being covered by liability insurance. They are responsible for any damage occurring as a result of their actions. They will enforce their liability insurance contract. 14. Disputes: Any complaints or claims can only be considered if they are made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, as soon as possible, no later than 1 month after the end of your stay. 2) « Wellness Area » The Wellness Area is only accessible by reservation. Please respect the reservation times. No access will be allowed after 8 pm, except with the owner's agreement. Access and use of the Wellness Area is strictly reserved for the owners and tenants of the guest rooms. Any exception to this rule can only be made with the express agreement of the owners. Access is exclusively reserved for adults. However, minors over 14 years old are allowed provided they are accompanied by an adult under whose responsibility they are. Management declines all responsibility in case of an accident or incident within the Wellness Area, both for adults and minors. The Wellness Area is based on relaxation and tranquility. We ask you to respect calm and discretion. You must refrain from anything contrary to good manners and contribute to maintaining security, calm, and order. Intimate relations are prohibited in the entire Wellness Area. It is strictly forbidden to shout, talk loudly, run, or jump. It is forbidden to eat and smoke in the Wellness Area. Drinks are allowed upon prior request from the owner. A "herbal tea" corner is available in the Relaxation Area. Inside the Relaxation Area, wearing street shoes is prohibited. For comfort, hygiene, and safety, wearing beach shoes is mandatory within the Relaxation Area. Access to the spa is prohibited for those with suspicious skin lesions. Bandages are also prohibited. You use this Wellness Area at your own risk: in case of non-compliance with the rules, damage to the equipment, or use of soap in the spa, we reserve the right to charge you for repairs and restoring the premises. Warning: access to the jacuzzi is not recommended for people at risk. If in doubt, ask your doctor. The owner declines all responsibility in case of an accident or malaise. Compliance with regulations Clients are individually required to be aware of these regulations and fully comply with them. The fact that no notification from the Clients is communicated upon arrival implies total consent to these regulations. The Client who made the reservation is financially responsible in case of damage, and it is up to them to enforce their rights with the accompanying persons during their reservation if necessary. Any person using the premises automatically agrees with these regulations and acknowledges entering a privatized space where the premises and equipment are in perfect condition. Non-compliance with these rules will result in a minimum charge of €150 (one hundred and fifty euros), increased according to the financial prejudice. The owner of "Le Vallon de Léhon" reserves the right to enter the occupied space to ensure compliance with the rules and internal regulations. Management reserves the right to refuse access to the Wellness Area for any reason, including but not limited to, drunkenness, excessive delay, non-compliance with the regulations, etc.
